  The Parent Connection
It takes great courage to examine yourself and the things that you do to and with your children. Children do not come with a set of instructions. On becoming a parent you have undertaken one of the toughest training programs you will ever take. At times, you may feel that you are training your kids; however, the greatest change in behaviour is more often with your self.

It is my personal hope that by helping parents manage the challenges of parenting, perhaps in some small way, I might be able to influence a more positive future for all of us. The Parent Connection is about learning for life and helping young people with their growth. Take this workshop and examine a framework of skills and strategies for effective parenting.

Mentoring And Coaching A "coach" is an expert on people who supports them in moving forward. A "mentor" is an expert in a field or at a company who assists and empowers someone to maximize growth potential spiritually, physically, academically and/or with career development. A coach should seek to ascend to the status of mentor, a trusted guide and teacher. A mentor should utilize the skills of a proficient coach in order to obtain the desired results with the client. Coaches, mentors, advisors, regardless of semantics, have a common purpose in helping others to succeed.
